Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unopened and in its original sealed packaging
• Unused and in the same condition as received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used skincare products
• Opened or used fragrance/perfume bottles
• Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
• Gift cards

How to Request a Return

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing them. After that, the order may already be in processing.
